Objective
of this Awards Program:
An appreciation for outstanding personal homepages is the inspiration
behind these awards. It gives me a way to honor those people who
have obviously put time, effort and love into their web page.

Criteria:
This is what
you need to read Before submitting your site for an award. I have
listed all the things that I look at while reviewing your site for
an award.

to fill out the form to apply for an award, just keep in mind to
read all of the criteria before you apply.
It can sometimes take
me awhile to look over sites that apply for an award. If you do
not hear back in 8 weeks, you can assume that you site did not win
an award. Which this does not mean that you don't have a great site,
it just might not appeal to me. You may also reapply if you wish.
But, I will only send award notices to those who have won.
I will add your name to
the list of winners ONLY after you have acknowledged the award and
told me where it is by filling out the form on the given url. After
I have verified that you have posted the award I will promptly add
your name to the list of winners.
